Can I switch plans later?

Do you offer student or team discounts?

Yes. We offer 50% off Premium for students with a valid .edu email, and volume discounts for swim clubs and coaching organizations. Contact us to learn more about group pricing.

Is my payment information secure?

We never store your card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider trusted by millions of businesses. Your financial data is fully encrypted in transit and at rest.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your swim logs, saved spots, and route data remain in your account even after cancellation. You can export everything at any time. If you choose to delete your account entirely, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Can I use SwimPass offline?

Free users can browse previously loaded spots, but real-time data requires a connection. Premium and Pro users can download spots for offline access, including cached conditions data for up to 48 hours.
