How quickly do you respond to messages?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Bug reports and safety concerns are prioritized and typically addressed within a few hours.
Where should I report a bug?
For technical bugs, GitHub Issues is the fastest path to a fix. Include steps to reproduce, your device and browser, and any screenshots. You can also use the contact form above.
Can I suggest a new swim spot?
Absolutely. Select "Suggest a swim spot" in the form above and include the location name, approximate coordinates or a map link, and any safety notes you have.
Do you offer partnerships or sponsorships?
We work with swim clubs, event organizers, and outdoor brands. Choose "Partnership or press" in the subject dropdown and tell us about your organization.
