Worton Creek

A tidal creek in the Chesapeake Bay region with brackish water and mud bottom typical of Maryland's coastal areas. Intermediate swimmers familiar with tidal currents will manage well; conditions change significantly with tide. Plan visits near slack tide for easiest swimming and clearest visibility.
